We supply very high quality seafood sourced within 50 miles of Durness. Our Salmon is collected to order from Loch Duart at Scourie who are renowned for their quality and welfare record and are certified by the RSPCA.

Our Langoustines are creel caught off the north west coast. Our scallops are dived, our policy are is not to supply either dredged scallops or trawled langoustines. We hold all our shellfish in a purpose built holding facility so it can be supplied absolutely fresh. Our Arctic Char from the hatchery on the estate can be supplied live or processed (see Arctic Charr Page) All our smoking both salmon and Charr is done in-house to our own traditional recipe.
