Seafood Platter Rispond Estate

We specialise in providing very fresh seafood and salmon of the highest quality all sourced locally. The restaurant is open from mid May to September. We are open for  evening meals 7 days a week. The wine list although small covers all tastes and will complement the menu.

Below is a sample of the menu.

 

  • Fish Platter       A cold selection from poached salmon, gravlax, hot and cold smoked salmon and  smoked Brown Trout.

  • Seafood Platter  A cold selection of above and including langoustines, mussels, crab, and lobster

  • Shellfish Platter     A cold selection of langoustines, mussels,  crab served with half a Loch Eriboll lobster

  • Fillet Steak    Approx 8oz of prime steak cooked to order, served with a white wine, onion and mushroom sauce

  • All the above are served with new potatoes and salad
