1) Loch Caladail :

The best of the Durness limestone lochs. A world renowned brown trout fishery known for its beautiful and hard fighting trout that average above 2 lb, fish over 6 lbs are not unusual. With gin clear shallow waters stealth and skill essential along with a large fly box. The right choice of artificials can make the difference between a good day and a red-letter day. Fly-fishing only with boat fishing the norm. And a ban on petrol outboards what a peaceful way to spend the day.

2) Hill Lochs

The estate has access to around a dozen ‘hill’ lochs that range from sea level to 1400 ft, an easy walk or a minor expedition. Some lochs are prolific with breakfast size beauties while others are more dour with trout up to 3 lbs. All fishing is again fly only but boats may be available on some lochs. Loch sizes range from 1 acre to 60 acres.
